This Instructional Video is Coach Zauner Teaching His (4) Part Snapping Progression Drill to Rick Lovato Old Dominion University and Philadelphia Eagles. I worked with Rick Lovato for (3) years while he attended Old Dominion University. I used this (4) Part Snapping Progression Drill with Rick during his college snapping days to not only improve his consistency and accuracy but also get him introduced to a PRO Style of Blocking. The emphasis in this lesson is for Rick or any snapper to finish their snaps with both hands "Thumbs Out"! Next to recoil and get your head and hands up quicker. Your job as a High School, College or Free Agent Snapper is to first throw strikes. Execute a Perfect Snap! Next, get back off the ball and block your man. In this video you will only see some basic blocking technique at the end of this lesson. Focus on the (4) Part Snapping Progression if you want to improve your snapping and blocking technique.
